Initiate Your Request
Contact our rider support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Pack with Care
Securely place the bicycle back into its original OBED shipping crate, ensuring all components and accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a convenient carrier pickup or drop the package off at an authorized shipping center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our mechanics inspect the returned gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your full refund or ship out your exchanged model immediately.
